24/7 Service

IHC specialists are located all around the world in Regional IHC Organizations (RIO’s). A total of six RIO’s are in operation at this time. These are in Singapore, China, Dubai, India, the Netherlands and Nigeria.

From there, a 24/7 support service is available in case of the need of emergency repairs and/or quick execution of engineering issues. Also questions regarding the supply of spare parts are directed through these offices.
Several RIO’s also have in-house repair capabilities, so direct control over emergency repairs is assured. These RIO’s also act as the front office for all other IHC related questions of for instance hydraulic or electronic systems etc.
