On-board pipelines

IHC Parts & Services manufactures complete on-board pipelines to handle mixture transport. They are exposed to varied and often high levels of wear. They cover a range of pipe patterns and structures varying from simple straight pieces to complex three and four branched pipe assemblies. All are designed according to the application and particular needs of an individual dredging vessel and its tasks.

As important as other dredging hardware

IHC Parts & Services considers on-board pipelines a component of the total dredging hardware as important as all the many others involved. As a result the needs of each vessel and its tasks are considered carefully whereby cost, expected lifetime and ease of replacement are key parameters. Low flow resistance and wear are significant here as they both impact total lifetime cost.
